Doom 3 is a great game as long as you like games that are moderately easy. The hardest mode in Doom 3 is Veteran, there is a mode after that, Nightmare, but its just like playing the game on easy, but you start with the Sol cube and your health drops every once and a while. Most things can be killed in one shot from the shotgun ar close range on the first couple modes, then they take a little more on Veteran, but there are quite a few that are stronger than the rest and they take more hits, such as the demon on the cover, the HellKnight. To beat the single player game on normal it takes about 2 to 3 hours on your first try. Vetrain takes a little longer only because you have to take a few more moments killing the stronger demons and dodging their attacks. Doom 3 is kinda creepy, monsters appear out of nowhere, out of walls and such and the graphics make it more creepy. The best part of Doom 3 is the online Co-op, its more difficult than the single player on normal, mainly because the bosses are harder. In Co-op, the bosses have to be killed by just shooting the living crap out of them unlike in single player where there is a special way to kill them. Overall the online multiplayer is a waste of time, the only reason you should even think of going online in that game is to play the Co-op, other than that, dont bother, if you have the rockets, you will win. Doom 3 has great graphics, gameplay that is some what simular to Halo except for the flashlight and running, to run you hold down the left trigger and to get the clashlight out you hit the white button, except you cant have any weapons out while holding the flashlight. The replay value is low though, you'll play it for a little while then get bored and contemplate weather or not you should get rid of it. Overall I gave Doom 3 8.3 out of 10 mainly because I am bored of it now.
