I would have to see video of PC graphics before I repurchase this.The graphics in this video dont look any better than the original,maybe even worse. I recommend Black Mesa, the fan made remake of halflife,freeeeee!It is amazing!
doom3's demo was the best ever, but after you got past that the game was the same old recycled dung the whole way through.
lol... Bethesda is getting a bit nostalgic :/... 1st Dishonored *back to the future*, and now DooM 3?... next will be * Morrowind * I bet you anything. XD

If only these graphics were still impressive enough for me to care about the game... the visuals are not scary anymore.
I reinstalled Doom 3 a few months ago. You fall down the shaft get the shotgun, the wall opens up and a zombie walks out, i pull the trigger point-blank right in his face, which didn't "one shot" him, he hit me, i pressed escape and uninstalled. I've changed a bit since Doom 3 it seems bc it was my top title for along time.
They're quite ambiguous about any enhancements for Doom 1 and 2. I assume we'll play 'em in their original 4:3 format.
i liked it at the time and wasnt going to bother with it but after watching some previews it reminded me how much i enjoyed it. i think i will be getting it if its priced right. :-)
I was gonna buy this for the 360 but seems like they are going backwards taking the coop out.Come on i was playing coop with Doom 3 on the first Xbox.Now you have better technology and dont use it?What a waste of a great game.
1 Like dude I never played doom 3, I only had a decent laptop for a couple of years and never got around to getting it, will deffinately check this out on ps3 though cause i loved the first dooms when I was kid.

those graphics look very primitive, they SUCK. not what i would expect from a 2013 remake of Doom
@mpikatellis are you even a Doom fan? If so, what do the graphics have to do with it? Not saying this ABOUT you but i'm seeing more and more people base if they're going to get/play a game solely based off graphics alone. It's not a remake as the other posters have stated. I'm guessing they did this to make some more money for the production of Doom 4 but then again, that's just my own speculation. Based on your last, will you even attempt to play Doom and Doom 2 that come with it? I'm just curious...
2 Like I was thinking about this masterpiece of games a few days ago, hoping to play them on my beloved PS3. Now that dream has come true!!! I hope they have enhanced doom and doom2, and multiplayer for doom 3!!!!
@GabrielOnuris haha right on. I installed Doom 3 a few months ago but i unstalled it after i threw a hissy fit and didn't one shot a zombie at point blank and he proceeded to thrash me. haha. I'll get over it once BFG is out
