Doodle Jump is very addictive and cute, but once you get down to it's bare bones, you won't find much special.

GRAPHICS: 6.0/10
Just like all Doodle graphics, they look cool, but have no detail.

GAMEPLAY: 6.5/10
The game is all about geting higher and higher until you fall down.
There are different platforms to make the game different, but it's not really intense. I want a game simular to this that blows my mind away. The game is for all ages, and is easy to play, but it lacks varity. There isn't really any game changing mechanics, its just jumping on platforms. The game is extremely addicting for a long time, but once you get other apps, you definately won't play it as much.

STORY: N/A

AUDIO: 3.0/10
So-So Sound Effects, No Music.

CONTROLS: 5.5/10
The Ipod Touch hasn't really nailed the tilting, but most of the time it's pretty spot on. As for this game, the controls get touchy, and rather clunky.

REPLAY VALUE: 5.0/10
Because it lacks varity, you won't be playing this game forever. Even though it's addicting at first, I'm more addicted to Fruit Ninja than this.

Overall, I like the Pocket God version better to be honest. That version has better graphics and sounds. And Still Pocket God has the Varity. Doodle Jump and Fruit Ninja both lack varity.
Fruit Ninja has the addictive element while this game does not.
Doodle Jump has all the basics. This game would be killer in 2005, but it's 2010, get real.
