When I dug up Donkey Kong Jr. Math in Animal Crossing, I figured it was a waste of time, but since it was a playable old Nintendo game I kept it in the corner. One day when I was on a retro binge, I broke it out and played a few rounds with my roommate and I was hooked. Sure, the educational quality is crap, whatever, but math games like this one really get your blood flowing because when you lose, it's not just because you're worse at the game than your opponent, you're also stupider! Get a bunch of friends around, maybe some beers, and you'll find that nothing elicits more male posturing and raucous behavior than this awesome little title. Totally worth $5.
