*sigh* It looks great, but I'm afraid I'm getting bad vibes already...Kremlings are gone, so are Candy & Funky, Diddy having the jetpack & peanut poppers, there's certainly plenty of details in Nintendo Power's article on it(subscriber, I have an issue far ahead, which is odd but why complain?). A certain degree of keeping to the original is necessary, and with the Kremlings gone, it feels like all else is going straight to hell. Watching this trailer has given me hope once more, but seriously replacing crocodiles with voo doo tikis? That's like replacing Ganondorf with a sock puppet...not cool, not cool at all...

This game looks like it could be really fun! It keeps the game play similar to the old Donkey Kong Country and at the same time beefs up the graphics. I want it!

Hopefully the extra HP are there out of neccessity. I hope they make it long and hard (that sounded kind of dirty) I have been waiting for this for a long time and it would really dissapoint me if I could just sit down and pass it in a couple hours. And please no motion controls, make it require the classic controller and I'm happy.

Nice to see Nintendo revamping the glory days of side scrolling platformers. I'm sure it will be really good but I'd still rather just see a sequel to DK 64.
