Ah, Question is, is this as good as the original Donkey Kong country series on the Super Nintendo?

Ok so when i brought this game on the Wii i played the first 5 mins of the game and put it down, after i gave this game another chance on the Nintendo 3DS i felt i compared it too much to the original classics previously but thought about it and remembered, rare have claim over the Kremlings, so its only natural for Nintendo to start the series from scratch to introduce a new enemy as Nintendo can no longer use King k rool and his pirate crew.

So after finishing the game without spoilers i will say this, there is a purpose for the enemy taking Donkey Kong's banana stash and i think Nintendo did a good job a introducing a new bad guy.

The music is great, took me back to the Donkey Kong Country days 10/10 for music.

The new game mechanics i had to get used to, im talking about the ability to hover now via Diddy Kong not being able to throw a Kong to get to higher areas and not being able to switch Kongs, but you get used to it and im actually glad they changed it up rather then it being another clone.

After playing this i will buy the new Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze game for the Wii U and i will review that also.
I hope this answered any questions about the game.
Its worth 8.5/10 a great platformer game.
