I'm IN LOVE!!
First, the music is FANTASTIC!!! I'm more of a trance/house listener, but there is something for EVERYONE in this game. Ranges from hard hitting bass rap to high energy techno/trance themes. (It helps I just saw DJ Tiesto LIVE) :) I hope you have sourround sound or some very good speakers. There are many times I'm bopping my head to the music. ALL OF THE TRACKS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND SOMETHING YOU HAVE NEVER HEARD BEFORE, unlike Guitar Hero. I'm not dissing GH, but it is nice to play a music game where I have no idea what I'm about to hear.
NOTE: The difficulty is fairly high. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. You will need it. I love rhythm games so I started on medium. After getting the hang of it, HARD mode is just a joy. You really feel like you are in control of the music. For ALL you GH fans, there are songs on here where you can play with your guitar along with another person using the turntable.
I can't wait to play this with my friends!! We all DJ and have been waiting for this game. Give yourself something new this time around, even if you don't like dance music. You WILL find something you'll like. Happy Spinning!!
