Yes the first answer is -- you have to do the same thing as Ego Draconis ALL over Again. Period. Some issue with the developer, I guess.

But the good news is that it is well worth the 2nd trip. The graphics are noticably MMMMMMuch better and the music continues to surprise you.

Another benefit is that on the 2nd trip you know where and what and how on most occasions so things are a bit easier. Also I noticed that the maker made the opponents a bit dumber so the whole lot is a bit easier to handle. Remember how often you die in D2ED? This time you die a heck lot less often.

FOV is a different story. It seems the maker wants to somehow resemble Dragon Age. So the premise of FOV is similar to DAawakening where everything happens in a small town and you play Sherlock most of the times to level up. However, it does put a nice ending to where the larger part of the story left off. And I must the action dept did a better job than DAO.

So YES if you dig D2ED, then you NEED to play thru DKS and FOV to complete the saga. Otherwise it seems the whole lot of time spent on D2ED is wasted. This DKS package made me feel rejuvenated after completion, worth my buck I say!
