Bugs Life offers some of the most amazing graphics on a handheld, but its reputation's sealed by poor music.

User Rating: 8.5 | Disney/Pixar A Bug's Life GBC
The good: Amazing Graphics, great difficulty for experienced players

The bad: Terrible music
A Bugs Life is a blockbuster animated film from 1998, to also critical acclaim. Would it continue in the Game boy Color? Not quite. It's still amazingly fun, and its graphics are one of the best ever on a handheld system.

Game-play: 8/10

You play the bug guy, and you go in a 2D platformer. The game-play is quite easy, but at the same time difficult or older audiences. This results in it being some of a blast.

Graphics: 10/10

Graphically, this is the best graphics of a Pixar movie handheld game. It is amazingly beautiful, and there really is no flaw here.

Sound: 8/10

In music, it's extremely poor, espically when the music is on the Game Boy Color. However, the audio completly makes up for it.

Camera and Control: 7/10

In tilt measures, there honestly isn't a single flaw here, but some of the controls are incredibly frustrating.

Value: 9/10

Bugs Life is a great 2D platformer.

Average Score: 8.4/10

Bugs Life offers some of the most amazing graphics on a handheld, but its reputation's sealed by poor music. This is one of the most good looking 2D platformers we've seen in years. If you love A Bugs Life, or hate it, it doesn't matter, you'll have a blast with this game.
