How do I solve the gather flower mission?

where is the last flower, I got the one next to the museum and the one under clarabelles hous so where is the last one?

I found all my flowers in Mean street O_O, They were pretty much behind those potted trees :/

They are in fact in the places listed by munkey55

But they are *ALSO* in mean street inside a few potted trees as zkcirtap said. There's only a few potted trees, but they are in the two trees on either side of the museum and the third in the tree to the right of the firehouse.
