How do I find Three Little Pigs?

The first time you find them:
One is in Mickey Mouse's House in Ostown.
The other is in Fort Wasteland's cleared out area where you battle a Slobber and Ink Spatters.
Some things need to be done much later -- even after you have finished the game, seen the ending cutscene and the credits. Then, you go back to Mean Street and have access to all of Wasteland, to continue your exploring.
Some Quests go on and on and on.
