Cuckoo clock float?!

This confused me as well. In the tunnel with the two cuckoos facing each other: seal one away, then move back and aim the camera at the cuckoo clock with the cuckoo sticking out, now aim high at the pipes above. The mickey head should turn green. Take the shot and turn in to Kip.

I must be blind cause I don't see anything turning green for my camera for his first picture he wants. In a different post someone says this his " first picture is of the overturned light-up carriage on the other side of the moving drums that are next to Stromboli," I don't see a carriage?

The first picture is in the area above the DEC manhole entrance to the Floatyard.

You can come back after you finish the game and play it, for no real reason.

You do not need to cross the drums to get to the other side, the way there is by thinning out a clown's face near the DEC manhole entrance, and activating a power switch by the DEC entrance to the Floatyard.

THERE ARE TWO ENTRANCES TO THE FLOATYARD: If you used thinner on the spatters and slobber at Fort Wasteland, you came in through a DEC manhole.
If you used paint, then you entered the Floatyard near the Stromboli Float.

From Stromboli, go through one of the tunnels above his belly, then, head down, spinning handles, and using fireworks, to the area with the DEC manhole entrance.
If you crossed the drums, go through that tunnel.

In that DEC manhole area, you will have to drop watches, drop TVs for the monsters to watch, and drop anvils. I just spin the hoppers off a cliff.

Stand in the middle of that entry area, turn on your camera, and scan.
