no more Spoilers, seems like i was playing...and is sad!!! Yes, i know, must watch who wants, but...hey it's a ~##? temptation...=X
Im real excited for this game, but when he said "well dishonored isnt a open world game" my <3 kinda broke :"(
Did you ever play Hitman? Or Deus Ex or Splinter Cell Chaos Theory? The levels will be just like those. Open sand box missions.
@Finalninja447 You should also remember that the guys playing these know the game all around so they have it lot easier, they've practiced playing the game so that it wouldn't take forever to show it and wouldn't die all the time. But still, far too many games these days are easy, way too easy. In many games there aren't even difficulty settings, I like challenge but I understand that some people don't but still, I want decent challenge, especially to stealth games withouth having to ramp up the difficulty so high that it becomes unfair.
@Finalninja447 Its worth mentioning that for demo purposes, they use a character with all the powers unlocked. However, due to the way you level throughout the game, you will essentially never be able to make Corvo as powerful as this. You have to choose which powers to upgrade as you go.
@Finalninja447 if this game is anything, i most definitely is not easy. the problem comes when deciding which powers to use. using the wrong ones will result in disastrous consequences and get you killed. its more about imagination and visualising how you can do it. it will be tough but the kill will most definitely be worth the effort
This seems to have that bizarre steampunk tone that the "Thief" series carried, but it also seems to have that dark that abstract Sly Cooper: Band of Thieves look to it, with what appears to be a nice looking "Deus Ex" kind of system to it, overall it reminds me a lot of Oddworld: The Stranger, should be interesting.
this game looks interesting but - it looks very easy - coz u can do everything - blink, mind posesion, disaper, be invisible, be rat, be fish - it give loot of oportunity to complete taskt but some how it looks ...hmm strange
@Skysscreams And people who show these games at cons etc. have been playing it for a while so that they can show it properly, would it be fun if they'd die all the time and then they'd have no time to show off the mechanics of the game.
@Skysscreams Of course you can't have ALL the things, there's a limit to what you can get.
Great! I was really hoping this game would have some more social stealth elements (like the Hitman games) where you can freely mingle with the crowd and walk around in the open without causing total chaos. And now it's confirmed! This game keeps looking better and better, it's bound to be the sleeper hit of the year, though hopefully it actually get's wide acclaim (and actually plays as good as it looks!)
