Dishonored: The Game that Could Have Been

Dishonored is a great game, that will otherwise go partially unheard of. The story is thrilling, revolving around the revenge driven Royal Protector, Corvo, who is framed for the murder of the Empress. That however is the highest point of the story, from that point on the story is very predictable, and that is why I just had to drop 2 points. Since story for me must take priority over everything else since that is what the game is based on. Now other than that the game would be a perfect 10. The game play is amazing, and the different ways to end missions suit it well. There aren't many powers but what is available is all you need to become a ruthless killer or a nonlethal stalker. The only thing I found to be an annoyance with the powers was that I would forget what power i had equipped and accidentally use it at the wrong time. However that was a fault on my part. The powers also make you basically invincible, the time bending power level 2 makes you unstoppable and undetectable. This makes the game a bit too easy, unless you are a perfectionist as I sometimes tend to be then the game can be a little difficult, otherwise nothing too hard. This game is great for any pro gamer or just a casual player.
