So the body of a guy I knocked out vanished. Will that screw up the trophy for no kills?

Oh, and by vanish. I mean that I looked away and looked back and he was gone.

I don't think so. From what I gather, it only counts if the bodies get eaten by rats.

It shouldn't matter. I had several bodies I knocked out disappear and I still got no kills in every mission to this point.

Anyways, game keeps track of five unconscious bodies. If you're going for the trophy where you kill six people in one second, either pile your five bodies and find another guard, or do mission 8 and go for the non-lethal option, you'll get around seven or eight unconscious bodies that don't disappear.
