Trying to get the death by steam achievement yet the brother is in a different room, not the steam room and doesn't appear to be moving. How do you get him to the steam room? I'm about to choke him out and bring him there then turn on the steam lol.

The target positions are random. That's how I did it, I sleep darted one, killed everyone in the building, then took him into the room and activated the valve, trophy pops, reload.
The valve only works once so don't use it until one living brother is in there.

Yeah, that'll work. Of course, make sure that you set him on the floor and don't drop him in the water while he's in there, and you're good to go. As QC said, if you're lucky, the steam room will be where one of them is randomly assigned on your run of the game. If not, you've got the right idea about how to force the conditions to be right.
