    I've started my no kills game  now and was gong to try it alongside "the flesh and steel only" achievement.

    My question is; Knowing that I will be unable to use anything other than Blink from my supernatural powers, can I still use the Bone charms that I find?

    As far as I know yes. That's technically not purchasing powers. I am not 100% sure on this, but I am pretty sure I am correct.
