Anybody getting this game ONLY to help pass the time for other games?

This is not a troll attempt. Don't get me wrong, I think this game looks interesting but I feel it will be short lived. I am only really getting this to help pass the time for games like Hitman, AC3 and FC3. Plus I wipe my butt with $60 so it's not really a big deal.

Every game I get is basically to pass time for Hitman, Walking Dead E4+E5, and GTA V. I think I will definitely get at least two playthroughs out of this though.

Exactly. Just like they all can't be California girls they can't all be made by IO or Rockstar.
Remember we do have a new epi of Sons tomorrow night as well, that will certainly push back Dishonored another hour. Maybe I will just intall the game while I watch....

No, Dishonored is literally the only game I've actually cared about all year. Everything else is just filler.

I have multiple hobbies friend. One of your hobbies is obviously not reading the entire topic, just the title. $60 is nothing to me, so if I get 12 hours of decent gaming out of that then I am happy.

mmm, no, not at all, this game genuinely has me interested. One of the better games coming out this year for me, although I do of course look forward to the upcoming Hitman and Far Cry games, not so much AC3. X-Com also comes out tomorrow and I see myself sinking a LOT of time into that, as well as Dishonored.
Still though, Hitman is my most anticipated, this game and X-com are close runners up!

If I were getting games to tide me over till big games come out, I probably wouldn't get this game lol. I would of stuck with my Borderlands 2, Tales of Grace F, Mugen Souls and One Piece Pirate Warriors.
But, I'm getting this game because it looks good and I am genuinely excited for it.

I bet this title will be better than ACIII. Fresher, at least.
I'm still looking forward to ACIII, but I still have this (hopefully unfounded) fear that it's going to be Ezio with a tomahawk. And I am burned out on f**king Ezio.

Multiple reasons:
1. I travel all over for work and I don't want to have to track down a red box.
2. I want to be able to take my time with this one and explore everything.
3. I can give it to my lil bro afterwards so he can play it.
4. I can't stand the types of freaks that hang around Redbox kiosks.
5. I wipe my butt with $60.
