Is he immune to the plague? Why is he not getting it even when spending so much time around rats, weepers, and plague victims?

Two possible explanations:
1) Sokolov's Health Elixir and Piero's Spiritual Remedy are supposed to prevent people from getting the cure. Drinking them protects Corvo in addition to restoring health/mana. The game assumes you drink either regularly.
2) The Outsider has taken great interest in Corvo. He doesn't want to see Corvo die of the plague before so the show is over so his mark protects him.

Hmm those both seem very possible. Thanks!
