Why does my game freeze upon exiting Dr. Galvani's office?

Hey I'm on mission 3 (so second mission after the prison/tutorial mission) and after I do my business in this area when I try to depart (by either the 2nd floor or ground floor exit) the game will freeze on the loading screen. This does not happen anywhere else and it has occurred 4 consecutive times. Is this a known glitch or is my game/xbox just messed up?

An update to anyone who has this problem. I went into my 360 settings and deleted my save-games for Dishonored then started the game again from the beginning and this seemed to solve the problem. So by the looks of it one does not need to replace the game itself.

I've been in and out of all three exits on three separate playthroughs, with no freezes. Sounds like your game is defective. I would return it for another.

I am getting this stupid error also and i tried all the exits, this is pretty game breaking. My only other save is back at the beginning of the game, guess it holds true that Bethesada once again releases a product that is full bugs!
