Why did I not get Clean Hands and Ghost trophies?

Saw it on a site somewhere:
don`t use killing magic,
do not kill anybody at anytime before or after cutscenes JUST DON`T! (you can`t kill with magic or weapons (any pistols, grenades or swords or anything that can kill),
don`t do any of granny rag quests,
do not ever duel with shaw
don`t touch the executioner whether to kill/sleeper hold
do not kill any doggies
