Does killing the weepers contribute to chaos/count towards a negative outcome?

Yes, killing weepers does count because they are still human, the only things you can kill that doesn't raise chaos/get the bad end are the dogs, the rats, and the fish.

According to a PC Gamer article it doesn't. Namely, "Weepers do count for detection. They do raise the Chaos level if they are killed".

killing them does count. don't let anyone tell you otherwise, b/c they'll be wrong. the fact that their detection doesn't count is nice though XD
