How do I get past High Overseers Office?

Iam on High Overseers Office possible the first part where you saved
someone in chains I get a pointer saying to go Melting Chamber yeah
but they is a metal door in front which can't open then right to it is
a metal gate too which is locked too is something I need to do before I
can go to Meting Chamber?

Or go backwards somewhere?

Blink onto the ledge on the right, just next to the gate you're referring to. Then you can blink over to the building on the right.
