Clean Hands / Ghost?

Ok, So I've gone through the entire game with Ghost and No kills, but when I beat the game, I never got the trophies for Ghost or Clean hands?

There was one thing I noticed though. On all the stat screens I had no kills and no detections, but during the mission to eliminate the Pendleton Twins (Which I did non-lethally) It said 1 "Dead or Unconscious Body was found" but I had the No kills or detections checked off. Does anyone know what would cause me to not get the 2 trophies? I'm very sure I never killed anyone.

I had the same problem; no kills and undetected, yet I did not receive the achievements associated with them. After looking about online I have found that a lot of people are having this problem. What seems to be the common suggestion, and I have yet to try this out myself, but apparently sleep darting Granny Rags counts as a death. Even if it does not show up as one in the mission run down.

Either way, this glitch is pretty frustrating.

As long as you got both checkmarks in all the missions, you should have gotten the trophies. Unconscious body discoveries don't count. Did you kill anyone in the opening, before the prison?
