Blood Thirsty Power?

Hey, i put 2 runes into the blood thirsty power, but it doesn't appear to do anything, i do not see no adrenaline meter building up, am i suppose to? i have tried blocking several times and doing kills and nothing every builds up. What do i need to do?

Ya, i realized this after, after you do a few kills or get a few blocks in there will be an option to do an adrenaline kill by pressing the Y button, but i think this was poorly implmented, considering they say you need to build up an adrenaline meter, which is invisible.

There is no Adrenaline meter. What will happen is, when your adrenaline meter fills up, the screen will turn fuzzy red signaling that you can perform the kill. I had the same problem at first, so, don't feel bad, lol.
