Beating game using only Blink?

I know the achievement nd all tht but can I upgrade blink or is it no upgrades at all?

Cannot upgrade Blink if you want the achievement

No. You can purchase NOTHING. No powers, no upgrades.
The only reason you can use Blink is because you do not buy it. It is given to you.

They're right. Without thinking about it on my first playthrough, I attempted to get as many achievements as I could and tried getting that achievement as well, but upgraded Blink as soon as I had the runes. I realized this might've screwed up the achievement about halfway through, but finished anyway and found out that it counts as buying a power.
