The first thing i tought when i begin this game is this must be a game that isnt taken serious and as the game progressed i didnt tought it but i knew it. You play the game where you enter a portal an play trough chapters and there is the netherwold palace where yes the netherworld you play an arrogant demon prince who wants to reclaim the throne with is suprisly a fun story but the thing that makes this game diffrent then other srpg is that there isnt any balance at all you can lvl up your char to 10.000 and beleave me it takes a long time to get there, there are even maps that are specialy made to strenghten up your party. You can even do maps again and again and even make monsters even stronger by throwing other monsters inside them. There is even an item world where you enter inside an item and going floor to floor so it goes up a lvl and makes that item stronger and stronger, the downside is that its random so not every floor can be finsihed cause you finish a floor by killing all the inhabitets there but sometimes you can reach an inhabitat cause its far away and unreacheble but then again you can escape a floor there are even are specialist with gives you extra bonus on your item. You can even create your own character or monster who you have encountered. So you can create a strategy on your own, do you have fighters or mages or other monsters. Every monster has his own strategy. And even create a better character but you need approval who looks likes a senat but then a netherworld version its corrputed and you have to buy you way in with giving the most powerful one items he/she likes. There you can get better items unlock other maps ect. But you ask your self how is the graphics well i can say ive seen better but ive seen worste either with lots of srited special effects you expects something great but its ok. Sound well the music is good with this game but the voice over well it could have been better cause sometimes when laharl laughs it like he ran away from a cheap comic or an austin power movie but yet again Its all about gameplay, personly i rather play a good game with bad graphics then a good looking game and gameplay of almost nothing but thats a personal oppinion so if your looking for a great character develepmont rpg go for those i reckon this game expacily to power gamers who like to overpower there characters you have to see this game as a tool to create your ultimate character and show off to your friend believe me its fun ;)
