How do I make the character(people like Adell)make faster level up?

The most popular way is get felonies.every felony tou have up 1%more exp. and you can get a total of 300!!!!(but it will just show 99...).the best stage to Level up is the Cavern of Ordeals stage4 in land of carnage.
