I have to comment on the interviewer here, NEVER ever ignore who your interviewing to look down at your notes on your paper. You can see Cody was thinking, "WTF, are you even listening to what I have to say?". You have an editor later that can remove you looking down at your notes between questions, but not when your supposed to be keeping eye contact with him. Also hide those popped puss pockets from the back of your head with some makeup, they look sick and likewise make me sick too looking at them.
