How do you get Megalosaurus, Deinonychus, Pachycephalosaurus, Therizonosaurus or Charonasaurus?

If anyone knows how to get Megalosaurus, Deinonychus, Pachycephalosaurus, Therizonosaurus or a Charonasaurus, i would be eternally greatfull as i really need them.
