Well then, Digimon has always had bad reviews. I myself(although a HUGE fan) have alway been disapointed with the games. Other than Digimon World 2 & 3 I didn't like the rest even then 2 & 3 were so-so.
Now I never had the pleasure of playing Digimon World DS, so I have no bias toward this game.
When I played this game, I was suprised by it.
It's digimon raising capabilities make it limitless to how powerful a digimon can be.
The storyline could be better.
Yet, it's not so much the storyline pays attention to but raising the digimon.
Digimon are able to be customized so they have completely different move sets.
Wi-fi in general just makes this game amazing.
Digi-match making makes it easier to obtain some digimon and the battling...
Battling online is literally so competitive. That it's fun. Unlike other games, this truly makes it completely up to the gamer to how good the digimon is.
In honesty, I love it. First digimon game I actually love. Rent it, and trust me you will want to buy it :)
