It's time to make a digital dive into the digimon world.
The story follows a teenager named Marcus and his digimon partner Agumon who are members of a team known as D.A.T.S and he and other members Thomas and Yoshino try to protect the balance of both the real and digital world but soon a big problem occurs as there are reports that kids are disappearing and that a powerful group of digimon called Mao Digimon which are powered by the forces of the seven deadly sins are starting to case chaos in the Digital world so they all know that this problem can't keep going on so they all head into action along with some new faces that only appear in this game to put a stop to the Mao Digimon problem once and for all.
The gameplay follows within the role-playing style of games as there is alot of stuff that appear that gives you the feel of it being a role playing game as you must collect items , battling enemies to make your digimon team stronger , side missions to take on and there is a mission that can in a way be either good or bad as you can try to unlock all the Digimon Evolutions in the game and believe me there are alot of them but in a way it's good to see what new forms your partners will turn into but also it will take you a long time as you need to check the info on each new form to see what needs to be done in order to have that form unlocked.
Throughout the stroy Marcus will always have his partner Agumon will him at all times in battles and overtime you can get new parnters to help you fight the forces of evil as they include Lalamon ( a plant digimon ) , Gaomon ( a dog ) , Falcomon ( a hawk ) , Biyomon ( a pink bird ) and Renamon ( a fox ) as each one has his or her own strength and weakness and also each is grouped into one of three that can give you the edge in battle as they include Attacker , Healer or Supporter so you will have to experiment a little to see which ones are good to have on you team.
I never got a chance to watch much of the new series of Digimon but I was able to get a chance to play this game based on the series so I have to say that if your a fan of the series or your like myself never really seen it then be sure to give this game a try.
