I've played this before... now I remember!!! Super Smash Bros!

User Rating: 3.9 | Digimon Rumble Arena 2 XBOX
Gameplay: 5 The gameplay of this game is pretty much EXACTLY like Super Smash Bros. Melee for Game Cube. Infact, it's pretty much just a watered-down version of Smash Bros, but with Digimon characters instead of Nintendo characters. It's slightly different though. You beat up a person in this game, then these items pop out. After you've collected so many of these items, you may digivolve to become stronger (not bigger). But there's no feature in this game that makes it stand out, or anything original in that matter. Graphics: 7 Nothing horrible, nothing special. Although, Super Smash Bros Melee, a game that was released in 2001, has graphics that can be compared to this game. Which is quite pathetic in a way, with the fact that this game is 3 years newer. Sound: 6 Same as graphics, nothing impressive. They aren't bad, but nothing special either. Replay Value: 3 For anyone who already owns Super Smash Brothers Melee, more then likely, they can not find themselves to prefer this game over Smash Bros. And for those who don't own Smash Bros or a Game Cube, you will not find this game fun anyways because it's just not good. Even little kids or are Digimon fans might not enjoy the gameplay of this game. They might think it's cool that they can play as their favorite Digimon, but other then that, they wont find any other joy in playing this game. Overall, this is just a carbon copy of Smash Bros. Simple as that. It's too apparent and too obvious that they were trying to make a game that already existed. And it didn't turn out anywhere as good as the game they were trying to copy.
