Ok, if you enjoyed Diablo 1 or 2 don't assume you are going to like Diablo 3. In fact assume just the opposite. If you enjoyed all the great character customization in Diablo 2 don't expect to find it here, in fact you should expect to find absolutely no customization at all.. In Diablo 2 you could customize characters to the point where each barbarian or necromancer etc. was wildly different from the next. However in Diablo 3 each character is pretty much a cookie cutter copy of the next with the only real difference being the gear that you have. Knowing all of this was enough for me to kick the game to the curb without investing more of my valuable time into what I already knew to be a failure so I cannot get to involved into that portion of the game but from my understanding while that was pretty much the only saving grace of the game Blizzard went and messed that up by including a real money auction house and thus they went and got involved in tweaking drop ratings for special gear to the point that the grind became a GRIND and not fun anymore because you could no longer expect to see something special around the next corner which was what kept you going in previous games.

So essentially the bottom line is...

If you expect decent character customization then pass on Diablo 3 and don't waste your time. Because your character is going to be pretty much the same as all others of its class..
