ONLINE CONNECTIVITY A MUST? BLIZZARD FAIL

I have been a fan of Blizzard material for some time. I am an avid RPG player. The action RPG was a nice getaway from the intensive RPGs like BG and BG2, IWD 1&2. I enjoyed the Diablo series but I must say this D3 is very disappointing. So panicked by copyright and anti piracy they have further destroyed the PC gaming industry. Unless your mindlessly playing WOW or some other crap version of an action RPG shelling out per month or per happy points the fare for the PC gamer has been further reduced with this attempt by blizzard. Unlike D2 the sales for this game were astronomical. Now that the game has been purchased and people realize that this is just another attempt by a company that USED to set the tone. NOW they only FOLLOW every other model. As more time goes by they bean counters will soon see the LACK of interest in their precious attempt at an online money mint.
Sorry Blizz this game has been removed from my system. Fired up BG2 for a 3rd go and i could not be happier.
