Playing on a 4 year old dell studio and it runs great on looooww settings. Installation was typical. Server crashes blah blah, but honestly that doesn't matter, I'm patient. Having a blast working my way through. Wish there were more dialogue options, to develope MY characters personality a little more. The story has a comic book depth (which is good) to it with great voice acting, its still early though, and I'm enjoying it. Losing game play between checkpoints can be jarring, but manageable. Combat is fun and loving the witch doctor and monk, haven't bothered with the barbarian. all of the classes seem accesible though.
Customization? there are plenty of ways to do this with the skills and rune stones. Appearance? I wish more developers would spend less time on nose mouth and cheek bone customization, I'm glad blizzard didn't, its a silly and pointless illusion. For the multi-player it might be nice to customize hair. But even that is made irrelevant when you start putting on the gear.
