Console version saves the day

I have been playing diablo since who knows when and i have always enjoyed this kind of game. With the console version of this game blizzard took all the bad things from the pc version out and kept all the good things in. For example the auction house does not exist in the console version which i honestly think hampered the experience on the pc. i played through the game to act 3 inferno on the pc and got to a point where i just could not play anymore. i had to go to the auction house to find beter items and i did not feel like spending my money on a item. Because they removed the auction house from the console version they changed the drop rate of items. in the console version i have played through act 2 nightmare difficulty and found at least 20 maybe more legendary items. in my pc playthrough (which i mentioned earlier) i only found 1 that was not even good. The console version gives you more reason to keep looting because you never know whats right around the corner.

Another thing that was removed was the DRM from the pc version which greatly improves the console version. i played diablo 3 earlier today and got killed by horrible lag which never happens on the console version even when you are playing with other people online. i have never noticed any lag occurring while i have been playing with my friends via xbox live.

Although the sad thing occurs when you try to play co-op on one console. the camera moves all over the place and it seems like it would be hard to focus on your character.Another thing for this is that when anyone wants to change skills or equip items it pauses the game for everyone which breaks immersion constantly. so i recommend that is you were going to do couch co-op only play with two people to make the experience better.

The overall gameplay of diablo 3 works well on consoles and is a great port of the game. the four difficultly levels gives you reasons to keep coming back. This is the first version of any game where i have seen the console version is superior to the pc game but in the case of diablo 3 this one takes the cake
