Where is the fastest place to farm in Act 1 of Inferno if you can't kill Butcher

Yeah, I have 23k damage but less than 20k life so I die very easily. Where else can I farm?

Farm the skeleton king. Start on the search for the royal crypts. Kill a few mobs on the way to the door to the SK. When you reach the checkpoint at the door (before entering it, as you can't TP after entering), TP and use the waypoint to go to the cemetary. Kill the mobs in the cemetary or in the fields out front to go up to 5 stacks. Take the waypoint back (very important you take the waypoint and not the TP, to leave the TP to the SK open), then take the TP back to the SK door, go in, kill him, get 2+ rares, repeat

Farming the pots before the skeleton king for gold is your best bet : /

Learn how to dodge the butcher's attacks and then farm him. Once you learn the patterns it should be a very easy fight with that dps.

Pretty sure the pots have been nerfed... I like to clear out the forgotten cemetery/defiled crypts for valor and then use cathedral lvl 3 wp to get to skele king

If you dont wanna kill the SK you can alternatively do cellar runs.
It involves starting the shattered crown quest, entering the game and going to old tristram, check the cellar as it has a chance to spawn a goblin or champ. Afterwards leave old tristram through the entrance and the first farmhouse outside of old tristram has a cellar that when open has a unique champ that drops tons of gold and gems and occasionally rares.
After all that return to new tristram talk to the blacksmith then kill his wife.
Rinse
Repeat
Cry because all the loot is terrible

Going back to hell is not that great.
As far as act 1 inferno, the best spots would be (that I know of):
The dark cellar goblin in old tristram (rare spawn)
The razorspine at the top of old tristram road (rare spawn)
The blackmsiths wife (easiest)
The forgotton tower? in the highlands (rare spawn, 100% chance of resplendent chest)
The warden
The butcher

If they have, then they were really broken before. With a good gold find set (cheap still on the AH) you can get ~8-13k a run, and it takes about ~3 minutes to clear everything in the first chamber and repeat.

I too am not able to kill the Butcher. I have 24.8K DPS, 1.8K HPS and 4.7K HP. All my armour has + All Resist. Yes, I am using the non viable Force Armour build, if I get hit, I'll die because every single one of his attacks does more damage than 165% of my HP.
Does anyone know whether this build is viable at all anymore? If I stack a little more Vit, will it still work or do I have to change builds completely?

That +All Resist on your gear is useless since you have no HP.

I can dodge all of his attacks except for the one where he shoots out multiple lances really quickly. I get hit by that and killed. Thanks for the advice, though, I will definitely try out those ideas.

I have 16k HP with similar DPS (perhaps lowers) and can clear warden + Butcher easily with wizard. There are few elite combos that might kill me once or twice on the way, but usually I don't even die.
I don't care at all for Butcher's spears and can easily take a hook, just pop diamond armor and walk away.
