Try taking out the reduced dmg vs elites when searching. Or do your own search of any chest piece with similar stats.

Int, 70+AR and 3 sockets are standard on a marrow.
Normal marrow with those stats are around 16 mil on EU server so I would say with the reduced dmg maybe 20 mil or so.
Don't know about US server.

Since the Int on your marrow is on the lower end, I just did a search of:
Vitality: 130
There are over a dozen going from 4-5m.

yeah but reduced damage from elites by 5% i searched that and i think the lowest was like 8m

The reason I didn't include the "Reduced damage from elites" in the search is because it will narrow the list, thus showing price ranges that can be sporadic. The search should be broad enough so that you can get a sense of what the item may sell at.
Well, if you feel that the attribute is important, by all means go ahead and price according to it. But I think it will be overlooked when people just want to pay for a similar but cheaper version without that specific attribute.

Vit on chest pieces goes up to 300. 139 vit would be considered low to average. The int on your piece is very low. Reduced damage against elites is not really a valuable stat so it should not considered. Looking up the stats that actually matter, you should find tons of results on the AH.
