Sorry, read that wrong. Stuck at initializing? Often a problem with Diablo 3 is that there are issues with conflicts with your programdata and the program. According to someone on battle.net, an easy fix is to: "delete your 'updates' folder in D3 (probably under your programs) and let the game reinstall all the updates/patches."

If this doesn't work, let me know.
