Havent played in a while. The equipment I have is not good as I am starting to get slapped around in Act 2 Inferno. How much will upgrades cost so that I am the one doing the slapping of Diablo on Inferno?

Here is a quick shortcut to awesomeness that I would suggest.
1. Spend about 10 to 15 bucks to get GOLD--if u have less than 30m gold.
2. After you got the gold, talk to Gradieus on this board and he will build you a nice ww barb.
3. OWN!

Act 2 is the toughest haul imo. You can definitely get through it without spending a ton of gold though.

The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but it is on my list.

Inferno MP0 is so easy right now that you can probably steamroll through the remaining acts if you actually managed to make it through Act I pre-nerf with your current equipment (and upgrade along the way if you find anything better of course).
Of course, it's another story if you're planning to play with Monster Power enabled, with each additional MP level causing the amount of Gold required to upgrade your equipment to increase exponentially unless you get really, really lucky and find a really good piece of loot and/or snipe something for cheap from the AH.
