I knew someone would employ Itagaki. He's a great director/game designer. Kinda over zealous though. But I guess when you're responsible for the re-imagining of a great and classic action series like Ninja Gaiden, and a very polished fighter, you have the right to be. Game looks great. I will be getting it when it comes out.

So if the game is still a baby, maybe walking. Then they have been developing it for a year to 18 months, and he is releaseing it when it goes to pre-school, then this game is at least a year away.

The games industry needs more personalities like Itagaki and less of the "aww shucks" mock self-effacing, jargon-spouting wannabe hipster developers we have nowadays. You may not like Itagaki, but he demands respect for what he has achieved.

@Black_Adder_, its called thinkin outside the box, tryin somethin new. U can't knock somethin til u try it cuz u never know what it may b like or what it could bring to the table of future shooter gaming. So watch ya mouth when u callin ppl unintelligent jus because u wanna have your opinion of what could or couldn't b fun. The genre of shooters have been needin somethin like this for a long time.

So what I understood from all this talk - there will be another "cool" game where button mashing, gun blasting senseless blood spilling will be the only thing about it. Also he mentioned he like MW2 (another "cool" game for bit retarded people or little kids) and RDR (the most boring multiplayer ever, but at least single player was awesome). In conclusion: Devil's third - a game made by un-intelligent people for un-intelligent people. If you have read at least one book in your life, you might be disappointed.

I used to hate Western games but now they have improved a lot than before. Even the American RPGs surpass the JRPGs.

Good thing he doesn't seem too excited about motion control. I hope this game has a 2011 release, I don't want to wait too much to play it.
