as usual when I write a review I don't rate at the beginning of my review
cause I always like to be much more open minded and honest.
then you can get legit feelings toward the game which ultimately climate the biased or against feelings. when the facts are rising.
you can grab out the conclusion and use it to rate the game. I might spoil the game in my review
so read carefully but I keep them minimum..!!
I promise it won't harm to your gaming experience instead it improves your curiosity a lot.

so here is what I honestly think. first I have never played precious versions of this series. never even wanted though some of my friends in college tried to persuade me to play. but I was afraid to approach this new series which I have never seen before much like Witcher 2(I haven't tried this yet) but recently I bought a new graphic card which is gtx 460 and I wanted check some DirectX 11 gameplays on it. so I went to wikipedia and searched what are the latest DirectX 11 games available in the market. then I could find some lists though there ain't much. I noticed this game was one of them among that list. so eventually I get this and played.
if you have ever played Mass Effect 2 you would realize somehow these developers are inspired by the Mass Effect 2 game. cause pretty much the beginning goes like that way. but it's fine since when the story move forward it would be much unique and emotional. even some of Side Quests are amazing and relevant to the main story.

I played almost every side quest available in everywhere even in china. so storywise this has a masterpiece story.

The graphics is much better it uses DirectX 11,3d Stereoscopic, Tessellation so it seems use every latest technologies available in the modern days but still it doesn't prevent outdated graphic cards to try this game. but I noticed there ain't a very big different between Dx9 and Dx11 graphics. also Tessellation not seems improve anything. might be consoles don't have ability to play Dx11 games they try to minimize the utilization of the new technologies. how pity. and there is another thing which is this game stutter almost everytime where I encounter a new area. I've been noticed it's not just me but most of people complaint the same exact problem. so far I only had stutter in Skyrim and this. and both of games are badly optimized. the details of environment is realistic. but seem work a lot hard for making even small items. if you got close to a local shop you would see there are a lot of items and those are fully 3d. some shop keepers in china cook their meals and customers eat next to them. u know chinese people use those sticks when they eat. even they are realsitic. and fully 3d.
if you killed someone and check his boots. u would see their shoes, clothes. helmet, weapons, everything are fully 3d. even their pockets are visible and extruded to outside. but I feel still they reduce the graphics of the NPCs. but it is not much noticeable. the game is fully realistic and cinematic much like Mass Effect 2. so you wouldn't just play a game it's a movie also.

when you reload a weapon it even shows the heat of the weapon, the smoke emits from the gun.
since medipack, weapon, cartridge, saman tin, clothes, boxes, even walls are in high resolution and realistic.
I would say it's better than mass effect 2.

if you have a dx 11 graphic card card you can obviously have extra frame rates compare with dx9. in dx11 mode it boosts the performance plus add high quality to the game.

the game has a realistic ,appropriate atmosphere. the smokes ,lights pretty much real world. if you have a gtx 450 or higher or 6850 or higher this is for you. you can experience the fully 3d on your monitor if you have nvidia 3d stereoscopic glasses and a suitable monitor.

considering the suitability of soundtrack to each scene I can say developers managed to win another point.
most of soundtrack are memorable unlike Skyrim and Oblivion where most of music are sleepy.

the sounds are really stereo so if someone calls you or shoots you can hear the direction it comes from.
they included sounds for weapon reloading, clash of two items. some even produce different sounds not the same, as an example if you break a box or kick a trashcan the produce sounds are very different.

as features I can honestly happy about this game , but there ain't much things you can do. you can hack, collect credit chips (which is used as money in future), throw boxes, kick them, cover against wall when someone shoots, jump from higher grounds if you have implanted leg argumentation, climb ladders, knock out people, hack computers and read email, hack bots, security cameras, or visit to local limb shop (a clinic for augmented people) where you can buy healths, or visit nearest gun shop to buy latest weapons. you can even loot items from dead bodies including weapons, credit chips(money) ,listen to TVs where a female reporter always babbles (her name is Elizza Cassan)
but it's really important to the game, read ebooks, you can read e-new papers which mention to incidents happened recently and sometimes it directly connects with the game. when you progress through the missions those news papers and tv say different news. TV news ain't much different around the world since it's world new but when it comes to news papers it's different.

I remember there was a side quest where you need to visit police morgue to recover a chip from dead body where you found your old friend. he mentioned you ruined his life by saying I don't remember something so it's hard to enter morgue without his permission. but you can persuade him somehow. but you done this mission you need to visit china again where I read an e news it mentioned our friend kicked out from the police due omission of his duty. so when I visit my place back in detroit. in my apartment amazing he comes to see me where he blames me I ruined his life again. lol
so you see this game has a nice connection between missions, and current news. it fascinates me a lot.

if you worry about getting lost, then just forget about it.
it has a map where you can read every single location of the game. it even shows you the direction but it's much like Skyrim if there is a building front of your it still shows the direction through it.

totally this game expands more than 20 hours with almost all side quests so I think it's worthy to try out.
