The first destroy all humans! was nothing special I'll admit. It was a nice short fun and funny romp. The idea of destroying pathetic humans made it good and the humour was great, but the overall game was lacking alot. This game however improves a great deal, making the game bigger, longer, more fun and it pretty much puts the original to shame. Granted the hunour isn't as good in the second game but it still has its funny moments. It has everything the original had plus loads more. The additional weapons are great and allow you to unleash even more destruction on the pathetic humans in a variety of different ways. One thing I think is a brilliant addition is the odd jobs and arkvoodle cult missions. These feel like full fleshed out missions and add many more hours to the game, whereas in the first game the side missions weren't even remotely fun. Collectibles are alot better now. There's alot more collectibles to get and its actually fun to collect them. The new addition of gene blending is great, this also adds some more time to the game and its so great abducting people. Basicly there's loads of new stuff in DAH!2 and it is a brilliant game overall, whereas the original was average to good at best. My one gripe with this game is that graphically its got the same problems as the original. The framerate isn't very good and there are other graphical issues. Thankfully you'll be enjoying the game too much to care. Overall its a brilliant game and definitely worth a purchase to any gamer.
