Been looking forward to a console mmo. Hope its heavy on the action and keeps grinding interesting.
Reminds me of Starhawk which was a huge disappointment.Hopefully it will take off I will be watching it closely.
Looks to be an awesome game....Hope they execute all aspects of this game in the right way....Could very well be next's years "Game of the year"because of the integration of the show!!!!
1 Like While this sounds interesting, it is still affialated with SyFy, and if they end up ruining Defiance (tv show) like they did BSG, I don't see this game ending well. Still, it seems like it can be fun, hopefully it won't require subscriptions to play, as I and probably many others will simply not play it.

Normally I'd be really skeptical about an mmo tied in to a tv show, but Trion has impressed the hell out of me as a developer. Rift is a solid game and the amount of support and development they've given it since launch is amazing. Defiance just might turn out to be great.
@Kr3isen firefall is all this and so much more. and there's going to be an awesome new milestone coming up soon bringing lots of new pve goodness. this game seems great too but not expecting much out of the tv show-game fusion
They keep saying 'You've never seen this before.' and 'It's different every time.' The thing is I've seen this before and it all looks the same. Maybe there are some new mechanics, but the trailer is doing a bad job.
2 Like The more I see of this, the more I like it. I played a bit of it at PAX Prime and it was alot of fun. I just hope I can stream the show from somewhere, I refuse to pay cable/satellite tv fees on top of my internet.
