Where can I find (Alien Language Codex)?

I've played the gmae through several times, I have heard of so such thing existing.

In one of the chapters i can't remember you'll enter a room where have the room is zero gravity and the other half isn't. You'll know what room I'm talking about if you look toward your left, and see the zero gravity room walls full of that fleshy walls. If you want to be 100% certain your in the room I'm talking about go into the zero g room, and look around the giant hole in the ceiling if you see a shorted out generator that's sparking electricity your in the right room. So go back to the door you came through face the way you would when you entered this room look to your right, and then up a little right there you'll see the entire alphabet, and number list of "The Marking" language.

P.S. another way to find it to is google it or bing it "Dead Space Alien Language" it should show up a picture of the language dis-ciphered.

If I remember right, then it's right before the second asteroid cannon to fight the giant necromorph blocking the radio frequency or something like that. Before you enter the room, there's a cart with a lot of small crates on it. Use your kinesis to move all the crates and it should be there in red and a little marker picture at the bottom.
