Dead Space Extraction Interview With Steve Papoutsis (Wii)

What is the point make a sequel in one console that started in another console ? who have xbox 360 and played dead space deserve the part 0 , who have wii and didnt play part 1 " dead space " make no diference if the story pass before part 1 ! stupid is`nt ? Dead Space Extraction suposed to be to XBOX in respect to the players who played de first game ! its no sense be at wii part 0 xbox part 1 , part 2 what .../ gonna be only is pc ? or PSP or DS .... ?do the thing right people , i think u got lost !!

The game sounds cool and I like that it has co-op mode too. I hope it will look nearly as good as the PS3 game if not (and possibly will not) as great as the graphics on PS3. Finally something that make it worth to own a Wii

Wii games typically are not the best games out there,and for developers to have to dumb down graphics and gameplay to accomodate for the Wii's limitations lowers the overall value of the game. However, Wii does need something like this to revive its gaming credibility.

Guided first person experience? lame. I am still excited to play this game, but it would be infinitely better if it was an actual game. Not just a rail shooter. If I wanted a rail shooter, I'd go to an arcade.

@smooth81_basic i couldn't agree with you more the wii has great games its just ignorant people that took one look at the it and instantly thought that it was rubbish and now they are to stubborn to just say that the wii is a good console

DS: Ex, RE: DC, The Conduit, Ghostbusters....I'm giddy with excitement for the Wii. It's about time developers stopped pushing off mini-game mash-ups as full-priced games and actually decided to start making quality. Whether or not this is an on-rails shooter or not - this is going to be a great game. But, Gamespot will drop its review way down because they hate the Wii......

to the rail shooters fans, i am sorry, but the wii, does have the best control, i want to use de nunchuck to move the character, i want to move by myself, but nooooo, we are happy to see another arcade game for the wii. im good with the rail shooter, but i hope they make a good story and reveal some things that didnt in the first game, if red marker can do all of this, then what about the black one.

that guy being interviewed looks like a douche bag, on the game side, this game doesnt look too good, whats up with all these rail shooters on the wii? come on i know they can make a player controled shooter like RE4, they should have done something like that, the only rail shooter im getting is the new Re rail shooter with leon and claire, only cuz its somewhat like Re2 and that game was awesome.

Making this a rail shooter is a bad idea IMO. They should have just copied the same format as the original.

looks fine but i agree with Zaknaifen. they could have just jumped it over with a few new features with same mechanic but different story. this looks great though. graphic looks pretty good for wii

Man i cant wait like i said all i have is a wii and this game will inspire great game creators to make more great games on wii from Xbox360 and Ps3 and i know for sure all wii owners wont those xbox360 and ps3 games to come to the wii

yes more action games coming on to wii but im getting sick of all these zombie killing games i want gta of killzone type games GOD father 2 was not released on wii which is a shame why not?

Well I'm intrigued I admit. I won't go so far as to say they are doing a ripoff of Resident evil: Umbrella chronicles, but they are clearly taking that route to bring the universe to the wii. However this is a good approach I think, as trying to do the whole game would obviously be nearly impossible, and even setting it with the same mechanics but still below could be too difficult, and lastly this is a nice way to expand upon the game's universe. I am definitely going to track this and most likely get it.

All you retards are just pissed and jealous because you think your consoles are "SO superior"... I mean I have a 360, but damn, I wish I could play the prequel and see how it all went down. The graphics do look damn good so far, though... The Wii is a great system, so just let other people have their fun and get over it... I hate you all... lol

all I have is a wii and in my opinion there is no real great shooter for the wii beside world at war,but i think this will bring the wii shooter to life and in inspire game creators to make more awsome games for wii

I completely don't understand why people cringe at any mention of "on-rail-shooters". They are so much fun! Especially with co-op... you can have so much fun with that! I am STOKED for this game, and the co-op rail shooting is a BIG reason why!

a guided fps? i just think he hates the term railshooter, unless i hear other wise to let me know you have control, i will consider it a rail shoter, and theres nothing wrong with rail shooters either, they make a great enviroment for some of the best games ever seen...
