What is your favorite weapon combo?

My favorite is the Heavy Elite Evangelizer with Evangelizer Shotgun. For me, that is the best weapon combo with the Compact Elite Planet Cracker with Hydraulic Knife.

idk its name but i think its a machine gun with a shot gun as a secondry weapon ( i crafted it myself )

Best ones I've used so far are the Intimid8tr (possibly what rgdfglfhgkh is talking about), the Mjolnir, and a modified plasma cutter with stasis and rivet gun.
I've yet to get the planet cracker plasma cutter because I've been too lazy to reinstall DS2. LOL
I take it the DS2 save has to be of a completed run of DS2, vs just any old save file?

well I like the evangelizer but my favorite is my dual Rivet guns with stasis coating and safety guard... put some +3's on that thing and you'll be bolting mobs to the walls... and when you got full clip you'll have like 41 bolts on each of them which is kinda crazy

Primary Weapon: Heavy Elite Evangelizer Carbine w/ Grenade Launcher
Frame: Heavy Elite
Upper: Military Engine w/ Evangelizwe Directed Ejection Field Tip
Lower: Survey Charge w/ Default Tip
Attachments: Ammo Sweep / Stasis Coat
Note: Excellent for Mid-Long range fights, dismembers late-game enemies in 2-3 shots per limb, semi-auto & ammo efficient.
Secondary Weapon: Compact Elite Revolver w/ Hydralic Knife
Frame: Compact Elite Frame
Upper: Military Engine w/ Compact Direct Ejection Field Tip
Lower: Hydraulic Engine w/ Default Tip
Attachments: Scope / Flame Glaze
Note: Excellent for Short-Mid range fights, dismembers most enemies in 1-2 shots per limb, semi-auto, and welcomes melee combat with flying arms.

You can just build a planet cracker tip with resources if you don't want to re-install DS2.

My most used gun is Force gun in top slot with damage support attachment. Line gun in bottom slot with stasis coating. I use the force gun to knock them on their backs ( or into environmental hazards like grav plates or the drill for an insta kill ) then i try to line them up as they stand up and shoot a line blast through them all. if they keep coming knock em down again and again. Also the force blast is handy for knocking the items out of dead ones during a fight because once you have killed a few they start dissapearing with their valuble resources while you deal with the other necromorphs. definately not the most powerfull gun but great from a tactical point of view.

I did something similar, Heavy Elite Frame, Military Tool on both upper and lower gun, top being a evangelizer carbine and bottom being a evangelizer shotgun, maxed out damage, near maxed reload, clip, and rate of fire on both, switch up between MK-II acid burn or electric mod, basically haven't needed to craft anything else since. Rate of fire on the shotgun really goes a long way too. The carbine and shotgun are also great ammo conserving weapons with lots of power with the right modifications.- Please wait. Mine is the burst fire machine gun with a rocket launcher as the lower weapon with the the safety guard and electric charge as my attachments in a heavy elite frame.
