need little help

when enemys grabs me, apears button "e" and its flushing, so i repet to press the button, but every time i do that they eat me, i dont undretand what the f...k, then i was holding the button but this doesnt work, so what the tactics is it or it is a bug?

Well holding the button down won't work, you have to press it a bunch of times really fast until Isaac gets free. You probably kept dying because your health was already low.

no my health is often high it isnt a problem, when they grabs me a pressing e butoon abaut 10 -15 seconds very fast but that doesnt work, i escaped it with 1 health left, that was 2 times in entire game, i'm now in 16 level and doing side mision where heads walking araund and they grabs me realy fast, f..ing enoying.......
