If the idea of women playing volleyball in bikinis appeals to you, then this game will. If it doesn't, the game won't appeal to you. There is also a simulation aspect of the game, in that you have to manage the relationships between your chosen player and her teammate. This involves buying gifts and visiting with them. Overall, this part is pretty boring and irritating.
The volleyball mechanics are all right. It's pretty simple 2 on 2 volleyball, with any differences between the girls not making themselves apparent in casual play.
This spinoff title is one of the few noteworthy attempts to make ogling women commercially successful. It delivers on this promise, but not much else.
